Wasn't it fun, Chris?! It had all the elements! 😁 Thanks, Princess! ❤️ Lonnie, it was beyond beautiful! Of course, I couldn't take a photo of the actual sun going down. It was totally blinding! But, contrasted with the dark clouds it was terrific! We live in clouds here... So, i am not a fan! However, when they let the light through or have wonderful shape and interesting colors, they are lovely! I just hate, hate the grey blanket we often have!!!

Thanks, JC and Khrissy! NewnameMM, here just a little way from Seattle, our air isn't so very "fresh," although it does get washed by the rain and made pretty clean very frequently! I am so very grateful to live in a place that has so much beauty!

Oh, and newnameMM! I had around 500 calories over my normal amount. Today I had the best workout! I had energy and strength to up both my weights and in most movements I did a whole extra set... Even my dreaded goblet squats I love to hate!

wow, what a variation in climate from where I live in Orting Washington. it was smoldering here in the south with hot air and not a cloud in site. for a small state it sure has different weather patterns.

Yes, iderminio! Like Chris said, we are on the north top of the lake, so I think it makes a difference. By about 7:30 last night the whole sky was dark with clouds and lighting literally in every direction! 😁 It was wonderful!!!

Coming from Louisiana, where the highest peak is 600 feet (that is NOT a typo! LOL) and currently living smack dab in the middle of the city, where the tallest thing around is a building), that picture is glorious. Thanks for sharing your lovely day Melissa. 💛

Oh, danijo510, that is hot! I love it warm, but day after day would get so oppressive I'm sure! We have a little air conditioner we can use in our bedroom. We turned it on for the first time all year for a few hours last night! I was fine, but my hubby couldn't sleep!

Wow!!!! Can anywhere be so flat??? The elevation change from the lake to my house is about 300 feet! Head up the hill behind us and it is an extra about 200! I am very grateful for the mountains! But, if we didn't live with so many hills, I would ride a bike!
