A couple months ago I did a 3 day fast....only did my 8 cups of coffee in the morning plus a diet soda or two and water from Friday morning, no actually Thursday night after supper until Monday morning and lost 10 lbs.....from 170 to 150 and held it until about mid virus and gained 5 back. At it again and my goal is 150. 15 # gotta go!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
