I really hate my body. My daughter will be four next month and I've been so up and down with my weight in the last 4 years. I want to get healthy so I can have more energy. I'm anemic and deficient in vitamin D. I'm having stomach issues and was recently diagnosed with severe back problems. I know losing weight would help me be a better wife and mother. It will help my depression and pain too I'm sure. I've put on some lbs for sure during this pandemic. Getting back on track. Here I go again...
250.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes medication for the blues can help increase your energy...maybe a doctors visit would be a better place to start your journey. My mom always says “it can be worse”...so when I start thinking negative thoughts about parts of my body, I try to combat those by being thankful I have those parts. Cellulite legs and all, I am thankful they get me from place to place! Im so sorry you are feeling down, but I am completely sure your four year old believes you are beautiful and perfect exactly the way you are!

I am so sorry you are having a rough time. There is no better time to work on your health and fitness than right now! There are so many people on this app who have been right where you are. Do take hope! Most of us aren't here because it has been easy, but we are here because we are determined to make changes. You can do it!!!

Thanks y'all for the uplifting comments! ❤ My dr has put me on some supplements and some depression/anxiety meds. I also recently switched bc so I'm really hoping for some positive change. I need my bloodwork redone but due to the pandemic I've put it off but I will get it done again soon! I followed each of you! 🥰

Anemia strongly enhances depression. So does vit D lack but far more less than anemia.

I do have some pointers for you if you read my other comment I left I hope you did that dad I don't know what diet you're on but Might not be the right one for you. I don't know anyways I can give you some pointers also if you like sweet stuff like I do there's always room for that Including chocolate ice cream chocolate pudding and jello with Whip cream.
