Mostly on track but still overindulging (5 ounces of wine) and eating too late at night. I know it slows down the weight loss but breaking a lifetime habit is painful , especially when I run on autopilot after 6:00 pm!
168.3 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
