What the ever loving F.

I made it to the gym last night and it was a tough one. I didnt make my walk because I had to run to the Walmart and get my kittys insulin. Todays workout is a 20 min tabata over lunch with my work friends. Ill probably mow tonight before it gets too out of control. Maybe Ill take a walk too.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
