Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘water fasting’

Based on past experience over the past 3 years, if I did 5 days I would get more than twice the fat loss, but, mentally this is the best I can attempt right now...

185.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
