I was so distraught to see this gain. Ugh! I don't even know what else to say. Depression, anxiety, and this pandemic can SUCK IT!

341.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb. Still to go: 161.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 3.7 lb a week
