I'M FAT AGAIN. I'LL HAVE THOSE 100 CALS BACK, THANKS.
Also, I'm eating pre-diet leftovers. Small tupperware of thai curry. HOW MANY calories in a dribble of coconut milk?!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
