162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My favorite diet breakfast 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 cup of berries! Yum.

I actually got fat free cottage cheese, it's sooo good. I actually do a sunny side up egg on top of the cottage cheese and roasted tomatoes for dinner. I also add two slices of smoked deli ham. Love it!
