😮😀 Surprise! A new all time low today....and I'm not trying to lose. I even had a small slice of cheesecake for dessert after cooking a PF Chang's frozen Pad Thai for dinner. I doctored the stir fry with additional broccoli, onion & hot pepper flakes.I did skip lunch since we were out. I had a cappuccino with whipped cream after I got the groceries put away....& a half cup of chex snack mix.

It poured rain most of yesterday so no walk outside but I did get a bunch of steps in at the grocery store. Trying to find specific items while attempting to stay distanced from everyone can be tricky. I was surprised one of the items Kroger was totally out of was bagels, our go to breakfast choice. I bought the last pack of Everything Bagel Thins and some English muffins. The bagel thins are lower calorie but not as chewy as a regular bagel.

My post from yesterday morning dissapeared when I did a second afternoon entry 😐 Hubby got 20 more bags of mulch so I'm going to start spreading it onto the area I pulled all the weedy grass up. My yard is looking the best it has in a long time 😊

Better get outside & get to work. More rain forcast today so I want to get something accomplished before then.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
