Finally! a move toward my goal! Amazing how skipping the glass of wine helps with the weight loss 😏 COVID 19 isolation is also helping with the calorie burn! Dance and exercise in my living room and my house is the cleanest it's ever been!!

171.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
