Day two of my dramatic change in eating. Moderate food intake, no processed food. Fruit and milk breakfast, lunch is raw fruit and vegetables, dinner is chicken and vegetables, usually breast and usually steamed. I’m such a food addict that I’m going through actual withdrawals. Headache, chills, sweats, nausea, shooting body pain. Anyone else experience this? I’m one hell of a bad bish so I’m not giving up. I just got new jeans and I have a vision for myself rocking them! Meanwhile, water and ibuprofen. 🤒
I managed to speak with my physician who prescribed a higher dose of my antidepressant.
