Under 200!!!!!!!! 199.8, but hey its still under 200!!!!!! LOL
199.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1627 kcal Fat: 46.81g | Prot: 66.12g | Carb: 149.64g.   Breakfast: oatmeal cookies grandma. Lunch: apple slices with grapes, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), aged cheddar cheese, wheat bread. Dinner: dr pepper, honey, kfc biscuit, kfc green beans, kfc grilled chicken breast. Snacks/Other: beer, tostitos scoops, salsa. more...
