So all the water weight is gone. I took my morning walk; I'll try eating the same thing I had yesterday. Which was no breakfast, a small baked potato and fruit for lunch and chicken, fruit and a small baked potato for dinner. I had fruit and water for snacks.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
