Probably just water. Did a foot detox yesterday so I'm sure my system is going haywire. You cant believe what the ionized foot detox takes out of your feet. It looked like my feet took a BM. Yikes!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've never had one. And yeah, don't worry about the fluctuations. It's the trend you want to pay attention to.
