I ran the Woodside 50K (31 mile) trail race two days ago. Yesterday, we went out to breakfast and I didn't know how to estimate the calories in these very sugary crepes so I just didn't count calories yesterday. I'll be back on the plan today.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
