YEAH. Holding steady at 153.5 the loss is real when I can see it consistently over the week. This is the first whooosh I had in over 2 years. I'll take it. Go easy on those treats everyone. You worked too hard to lose it! I'm making more turkey soup for me and my dog today. Keto/carnivore on.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 76.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
