So greatful to be back home where I can plan and cook my meals. my son's got too much fatty foods in his fridge but he does physical labor every day and can afford to eat high caloric foods. After a week of not weighing in I know my gain is from eating foods that had a lot of fattening ingredients in them. the first night I was there he made meatloaf smothered in tomato sauce. I said oh my God here comes to calories. second night same thing. then there was Thanksgiving. I had one helping of everything. but I'm glad I made it through. I don't feel bloated I just feel more motivated to get going again. I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. All you who put pictures on here did a great job

Thank you Binky I have changed so many ways I do things today. I stay out of the cookie aisle at the store. I spend lots of time in produce and meat trying to put together meals for dinner. At my meetings, I don't look at all the goodies people bring. I feel alot more confident about myself now. I just need to get through this loss of my fur baby but I know it takes time. I was so used to tripping over her in my bedroom, now I miss that. I can still feel her near.

Oh sweet Clair, I am so happy you could be with your boy and also glad you can be back to eating they way you like at home. I know it must be dreadfully hard not having your little friend to keep you company. Healing takes time for sure. I hope you have a good day today. Hugs❤️
