Woo Woo!! 😄⬇⬇⬇⬇ It's so satisfying to see those downward arrows....especially when I eat "normal" meals with beef & potatoes. Just goes to show with some mindful eating when I start maintenance I can do this and keep the weight off.

It probably helped we had a nice 60 degree day that got me out blowing leaves & pine straw off the decks & driveway. We have lots of deck & driveway, so that's a job! Then anther afternoon walk.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
