Good morning 🌞 No weigh in today(no whoosh). The Dr ordered a full panel of blood work so off I go again😂 Have a Healthy Day 🙋‍♀️
198.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
