OK PEOPLE! WHOOHOO! 157.5. Oh, and I got a CAC test done! My score is ZERO! NO clogs in my arteries. I have not really changed my eating. Only my thyroid meds. bwaaa! I am walking more, but not that much more. About 2000 steps on average and the last two days I spent in bed because I was very tired. I have cooked 4 pork shoulders in my crockpot and I think I am going to go get 4 more since they are on sale bigly. I will freeze the cooked meat and broth! I love pulled pork. My diet is pork, eggs, ground beef, and... next week, I will have home made corned beef. I have two in the fridge bringing. hehe. I have never done it before. I notice the few weeks before thanksgiving meat goes on sale. The week OF thanksgiving, no sales. SO, I will stock up for the next 6 months or so. I love grabbing something out of the freezer much better than cooking daily! I do have dairy from time to time. I eat too much when I buy Cheddar. I like blue cheese too. I love Rebel keto ice cream, but i was strong the other day, and did not buy it! It is expensive, and Doc Shaw Baker always says, if your gonna eat something eat something nutritious. Not sure how he says it, but I am always thinking WHAT NUTRIENTS does this crap have? HEAVY CREAM? HUH ? ANY? Not sure. Ground beef, YES. Steak YES. Celery, NO haha. My outlook on food the last year has greatly changed. Everyone stay warm. Baby its cold outside. Warm hot pork shoulder soup with some pulled pork will be my dinner! Whoohoo. Now, If I could only get some energy... I will see the doc in about 3 more weeks. He might up my meds or put me on something more for my low cortisol.

Thanks everyone. And HardDays, yup. My fat is 70-80%, all from meat and some butter. My labs look great.
