The Protein increase to 30 to 40grams per meal/snack has balanced the weight. Without FS it’s hard to measure per meal. Of course, I could always use the kitchen scale .....haha 😂😎

Holidays are here! Every store, diner & commercials are pushing the “Season.” Already received my Starbucks Christmas 🎄 Cup.....yyyeeesss!!

Nice small WO group this morning, only 10 of us, but we definitely pushed each other.

Resulting in 700 Cals.....I think I’m still burning a few more calories 45 minutes later.

Time to find some Peace & Quiet 🤫
