Last night I went to see the Harriet Tubman movie (great show!), which meant I didn't get any exercise. But I was extra good at the theater, passing on popcorn & having just two 3-Musketeers mini bites with my Coke Zero. That is a great victory in and of itself, but my reward was a 1 1/4 lb weight loss! This is probably the lowest my weight has been all year, and I feel SO INSPIRED to keep going!!!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
