Reality check. Need to lose 10# by December 7th in order to NOT buy pants!
I don;t want to spend money on clothes since I already have plenty.
Just need to shed more fat from belly, thighs (I'm happy to have a big butt, just need to tighten up and build some muscle with just a bit of soft padding on there)...
Goal today - get back to logging everything in food diary
Tomorrow - Twilight 60 minutes.
One small, reachable daily goal for now....

155.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
