Mom of Isabella's Journal, 31 October 2019

I have been putting off a weigh in for quite a while thinking that eventually I'd see a drop. I actually have seen 153's on the scale. But now I'm thinking it's my dehydrated weight.
Sometimes I was even waiting to weigh in after coffee took effect, lol!
So I am doing a reality check and putting in 155#. I think that is really where I am.
Didn't log diet for past 5-6 days since family n friends were all visiting and we were celebrating. Didn't go nuts, but definitely was over 1500 calories target EVERY day. Ran around like crazy planning and pulling off baby's baptism and party. Swam with kids and had a lot of fun.
Now it's time to get back on track. HOLIDAYs are getting closer and I want to get to 145# by then so I don't have to buy any pants to wear on our trips to the NE to visit family.
