No change today...I'm sure it was the two plain (no bun) turkey hotdogs I had yesterday. MUST DO BETTER...NO TEMPTATION!!! I guess I have to return to the grocery store today.

So apparently when you bathe you lose a little. So I stand corrected...I lost a half pound today!
203.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
