I guess you can't complain over at least losing a pound overnight... Crap I ate two plain hotdogs for a snack. I know not on the Simeon diet plan, but I'm out of groceries. I was looking for protein...no dinner tonight. I don't know if I will make it though..
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
