Thank you jcmama777 , I've committed to eating better, working out 5 days a week and avoiding sweets. So hard too...cheesecake everywhere :( lol. But I'm getting it done. I do have a bachelor party I'm attending this weekend...so I may be having some empty calories with Liquor shots, but I plan to stay with Corona Lights. 30 carbs, 594 calories in a 6 pack. Not too bad lol. Other than that though I've been good. Even during football season where junk food, and beer are so tasty!! Lol. I'll continue to work on it though.
