Ever since I came back from San Diego and getting out of ICU in June I have been really struggling to eat right. The good news is that have lost a lb with all of the overeating. I think that is solely due to walking a lot more with my dog and doing yard work. I bought a green push behind lawn mower do do my front yard. That is about an 1/4 acre so that helps a lot. Plus I been doing some re-painting of the rooms in the house. Again that helps.
287.7 lb Lost so far: 93.3 lb.    Still to go: 287.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
