No gym today - gotta catch up on some housework and taking a day to just relax before work tonight 👌🏻

After a 1200 calorie surplus yesterday, didn't gain an ounce though? 🤔
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

💕💕💕 Im not counting calories, but know CICO is in effect, I’m not counting carbs but still following lchf with some keto days. Up is down down is up, my diet calendar says 0 calories but I’m eating not hungry and lost .4 lbs. 🙃🙃🙃 remember a few months ago I was struggling and you helped me? Lol the nocico nondiet is working. Thanks for your other post. I never thought the CICO folks were forcing their diet ideas on anyone but trying to help members not over restrict what they can eat. Sometimes it’s necessary to make all the mistakes personally before leveling up. I appreciate you and your posts. Don’t ever leave again.::whispers and laughs in Chinese::卡路里入,卡路里出 😂😂😂
