Didnt go to the gym last night. Watched Mindhunter instead, and then freaked myself out and couldnt sleep. Didnt help having an 80# restless German Shepard watching the door all night.

All in all though, this morning has been good. Going to make the whole day a good one too!
253.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
