This last week has been hell. I'm surprised it's gone down at all so I'll happily take this
186.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks singingsnail. This last fortnight has been absurd but a few of the issues have been sorted now so, fingers crossed, I can actually spare some energy for my health again
