well go figure. I had keto ice cream, inflammation. I keep saying, just once once a week maybe I can have a treat. I guess not. 🙅 👎 so I decide to
what the heck and went and got 1 slice of the local pizza. well well, the guy there has,lost about 100 keto 😂,I said I'm see him in about 3 months when I want to break ketosis. THEN he said he has keto pizza haha for only $10 ohh man. sucks to be me so sensitive to dairy. maybe I can try goat cheese 🧀 I'll be back into ketosis in 2 days, all good.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gz9 look up REBEL OMG amazing. They have a website you can find a place to buy. They have it at Publix here in GA. IF YOU can eat dairy you'll love it. Only 6 carbs a pint sweetened with monk and erythral. Enjoy

Keto pizza is popping up here in town as well. I am thinking they may be buying premade cauliflower crust and slabbing some stuff on it. Sorry about your dairy issues.

Liv01 this is a hole in the wall pop and son NY style pizza, lucky me he's keto and said he makes it himself and gluten free 😂 I'll get specifics but it will still be once a month or two. I'm finally narrowing on a decent doctor. I'll start making calls tomorrow. Whop whoop.
