😂 finally, again in the 160s. the weather is cooling off and the days are so much nicer. yesterday I made hamburgers on the charcoal grill. September I'm going to try and lose as much as I can. Slow and steady. I'm afraid I have a blood clot in my leg from sitting at work. I sit for six hours straight and cannot get up . I guess this will motivate me even more to keep looking for another job that pays . This really sucks. At least I'm losing weight. Eating fine keto meat.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 60.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv001 ya, I've felt it for months, wasn't sure, but the last week it's worse and the last few days I had difficulty walking. I know it's because I sit at my job and can't move. Uhh. I called a doc but they don't have an ultrasound. I'll keep calling tomorrow. No insurance so I gotta doc shop 😂, but I'm in the 160's who hooo

@jenjabba, I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this serious health without insurance. That's got to make you anxious. You're doing well, though, on your weight loss, doing what you can. Best wishes for a quick resolution to this issue.

Are you on blood thinners? I hope you're getting the clots looked after.
