Oops I typed in the wrong weight , so here's the correction! Ha - wishful slip!
219.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Okay, so this hits my interim goal! I'm down 25 lbs since March! I've hit my 5 lbs/month pace and it's time to reset my blue line. Feelin' positive progress!

Hi Erica Hollister, I tried keto on and off for a couple of years and I just gained weight. My doctor told me it was steroids I was taking, but I found through another doctor that calories do matter. If you're taking in more calories than your body is burning you will gain weight. Once I cut my calories way down and kept the low carb high fat I started losing weight. I'm doing about 1 lb a day, sometimes two. I think if some of the keto people on here just try and decrease same calories as a test they might find a lose weight faster. Even if it's a stall they can still try and reduce the calories just to see how it might work for them. It works for me.
