Happy with this loss! I was over my cals a little again yesterday, my macros were pretty much where I want them though. I dont think going over a little is hurting me at this stage, when I start getting closer to my goal I will have to tighten up. Right now Im just trying to live in a way that I will be able to continue. Sometimes that means weeks like this one where I go out to eat often. I had it in my cal budget to have fries last night so I enjoyed them. When I got home after another very long day, I wanted something sweet. I had some pudding and a graham cracker. It put me over by about 125 Cals and it was worth it. I was very satisfied with my day.
Todays goals: Drink water Update planner Make a list for the store Preplan dinner at new restaurant Maybe- leave work early and swim Maybe- get to the store tonight (probably tomorrow)
Gratitude: Thankful for rad people. Some of my friends donated to a Special Olympics Fundraiser im competing in. Our team has to row a marathon. Ive done it the past two years in a row now. Its very challenging but a good time!

As long as you are working it off and keep being mindful of your calorie budget - you will see a decrease.
