Potato chips, lasagna and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit not a good combination for me.

187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 27.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 9.8 lb a week

The fire pit does that to me too. S’mores are my downfall. Occasional treats are ok. Just have to go back to healthy choices the rest of the time.
