Well that didnt last long, up 3 today. Pretty sure I didnt actually gain 3 pounds but it sure is annoying/frustrating/self-defeating/soul-crushing (I might be a little dramatic sometimes).

Anyway, my breakfast and lunch were low so I didnt worry too much about my dinner. My mom threw some stuff together from our last Hello Fresh delivery since it was gettng past its prime. I love those dinners, but we're just not consistent enough. Plus it was still super hot when we got it and theres no way we're going to turn on the oven.

drink water
go to the gym
go to volleyball practice

NSV: Struggling with finding one today, but yesterday I was getting ready for work and the jeans I had set aside felt snug. Then I realized they were actually from my "too small" pile and I had accidentally grabbed them. They zipped and buttoned just fine but were just a little too snug so I didnt end up wearing them, but what a nice surprise.

Gratitude: My daughter and I drew on the driveway with chalk last night. Its one of my favorite summer pasttimes with her and I hope she never grows out of it. Im thankful for the time we share. Also, my dog got a rainbow upgrade. Pic included.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awww...I am glad your dog got to join in the fun too. It most likely was the pizza. I find my weight to fluctuate a little bit after eating pizza. You may want to not weigh as often - perhaps weekly because of those fluctuations. If you feel weighing daily keeps you more accountable, then just focus on the trend. You are trending down!! You are doing a great job!
