I think the thing to consider is what type of way of eating you are following and if it sustainable. A successful eating program needs to be part of a lifestyle change that includes long term HEALTHIER eating most of the time, increased physical activity and consistent strength training. You don’t say over what period of time you regained those 10 lb., but it sort of indicates that a program adjustment might help.
