Bored alaone at home, makes me want to snack but I have nothing but celery to snack on! Drinking more decaf coffee and sodastream water instread. My weight is up today so hoping the cucumber water has a positive effect!!
146.7 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
