I keep the same number on the scale but feel like a piece of pudding in my head. Tomorrow will be another day, right.

117.5 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, the number does not mean much for me, but the “result”. Unless I’m over 120# but that’s not the case. I’ve been so lazy these days so I feel flabby...
