I don't know adefweb, last three months nothing. And it appears I'm gaining and I shouldn't be. My loss was mostly from not eating. I'm tired of starving. I'm tired of being fat. My clothes don't fit.

@Jenjabba - I hear you, but the facts are still that "most people regain the weight... and more". Yes you and I both have 'gained weight' in the past few months, but, we have **not gained all the weight back**. All the hard work was worth it. We are both better off for having done it! Please do not get discouraged.

Remember I'm the guy who went years on this site losing 2-4 pounds a year. So, yeah I 'get it', but, obviously I feel you *will* succeed.

Jcmama don't worry I'm not leaving keto, I just need to figure out what my body is fighting. I get all always hungry. That's just me. Keto definitely has my inflammation down and clear skin and low blood sugar. So.. like adefweb points out. Maybe next year. I will be keto a year in about a month

Tired of starving was exactly what I felt too. Started a study of how to eat to get stronger, and found it requires at least four meals a day. Each meal need to contain +-30 grams of 'real protein'. That is what I have been doing the last few months. I do not feel starved, the body easily get stronger, and I loose fat rapidly due to keeping my food pretty low on fat. Love having my four meals a day. Tried five, but that made my fat loss a bit slow.
