Reduced calorie intake & increased water 💦 yesterday. I needed to clean my system due to the cold. It resulted in slight weight loss, but made me feel much better today!!


A little weak this morning, although made my way to the Gym. I forgot the class was Deadlifts & EMOM with two other Routines. I did survive 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

I need coffee ☕️ !!!!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My latest data shows I can 'survive' in the 100+ carb range if I work out hard. However, unlike you I cannot keep it up! :)

Adef, try some Supersets & it will burn the Carbs, basically participating in two (2) Exercise Routines back to Back with no rest.
