I've been trying to keep my calories under 2000 which has not been difficult during the week. We'll see how that works with my daughters and girlfriend this weekend. They are making cookies, brownies, and cake. Oh NO!! Lol

But....they are letting me do the cooking so at least I have control over that. :)

Breaking out the body fat calipers this next week. A week later than I wanted to, but I wasn't feeling it at the start of this week. Getting over my illness made it rough to workout.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
