Getting over being sick is rough, skipped my workout yesterday, I wasn't feeling it. Last night couldn't sleep after shift, so tired, and sleepy today. Digging deep today and hitting the gym. Running on Coffee, and energy drinks today. :( (Xyience, and Bang Energy Drinks zero calorie, zero sugars for both, and only 4g of carbs per can of Xyience)
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
