Missed my workout before going on duty, however will get it in after my shift. Still eating healthy, and staying focused. Sore AF, but that means I'm getting it done! DIG DEEP!! :)
164.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
