Weight is up again a little but I know its because I devoured pizza last night and started shark week. Itll even back out, I just need to stay the course. I dont want to jump back into the 260s again when I finally got out of them. No excuses- going to the gym tonight!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
