Slight increase in my weight today. I dont think its too bad considering the bonding time I had with my kid and the "treats" we had. I had a few too many though. Nice to know that even with CICO I can have some treats, otherwise I would never make it.
258.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
