Have really fallen by the wayside. Need to really get back to a better eating plan. I had been using Coconut Oil, Coconut other things and I think it's made me put weight on. also using too much Soya Milk, will go back to Almond, they're the only two different things that I am using. Winter clothes are so uncomfortable, can't do up jeans,just hadn't realised over the summer when clothes were loose and I didn't use weighing scales to check weight. Still on Vegan won't ever go back but need to adjust foods.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Yes those oils can be nasty! If you're using it to fry things, think about getting one of those sprays, they really decrease the amount you're using.
