Do you know that the health of the neck is crucial? Neck has 7 verterbrae.

7th one is magical. It is a big neuro-hub that is responsible for the health of thyroid gland, thus metabolism.

If you noticed that 7th neck verberbrae started to protrude or it is more visible and look almost like a hump (commonly known as dowager's hump), do not wait, take actions.

Get rid of bad posture, always try to keep your head up when you walk. If you afraid you stumble up, move your eyes to look down. Naturally we walk with our head down, sit at the computer with our head down, text on our phones with our head down.

Do not bow down to age. Stay healthy!
